Who we are

The Latino Food Truck Association is a nonprofit organization founded on March 30, 2025, by Frank Francisco Rosario, Damaso Rodriguez, Edward Bonilla, and Enerolisa Feliz Rojas. Based in Philadelphia, our mission is to empower Latino food truck entrepreneurs through advocacy, education, and community support.

We work to eliminate systemic barriers that affect mobile food vendors, promote cultural pride, and create economic opportunities for Latino-owned food businesses. As proud members of the community, our board is made up entirely of current food truck owners who understand the daily realities and potential of this industry.

At the heart of our vision is the development of a dedicated Food Truck Park in Philadelphia—a vibrant, inclusive hub where culture, cuisine, and community come together. This initiative is not just about food; it's about economic empowerment, safer neighborhoods, and creating a space where Latino heritage is celebrated and shared.

We are currently operating with an interim board, with elections scheduled for May 19, 2025. Until then, our founding team is working collaboratively to lay a strong foundation, build partnerships, and ensure that every vendor has a voice and the tools they need to succeed.

Together, we’re not just serving food—we’re shaping the future of Philadelphia’s culinary and cultural landscape.
